This was the best by far car buying expierance that we have ever had. Giovanni Sánchez is the person that everyone needs to speak with. And no we was not paid to do this. He will work with you. If it wasn't for him we might have went somewhere else. He treated us as a friend and not as a commission check that other dealers look at you as. He deserves a promotion and a raise. Walked in no problems, drove the car I wanted. Worked with me on pricing and understanding that I didn't want a loan. Only gripe is could not take car full speed and notice the pickup is not very good. Very limited driving experience with the car.

He had been away from the business for some time due to illness and was not completely familiar with all the attributes of the car I was buying but got me the help I needed from associates. Luke and the financing department worked very hard to get me a good deal. Luke was very positive from the beginning of my visit until the end. When I see him during service visits he is always friendly and positive. I like my free lifetime warranty and I have not had any problems, thus far.

My wife and I went into the dealership without much hope of getting a vehicle. Our credit isn't great and we didn't have much of a down payment.
